Immigration caps survey

Kingsley Napley LLP are mounting a campaign to lobby the government on the subject of annual caps on Immigration.  This was launched in the first policy statement from the Coalition government and you can read more on how an annual cap on immigration will affect your organisation by clicking here.

As part of this campaign, we have produced a questionnaire to allow employers of migrant workers to put forward their views on the impact of an annual cap or quota on their business. 

All responses to the survey will remain anonymous and we only record the types of businesses responding (number of employees, sector and whether they have a global presence).  We will provide a simple report on the results of the survey to and it will then be used to lobby the government on this issue.  Analysis of the the responses to this survey will be provided to the UK Border Agency, the Government and any other organisations which may have an interest in the subject including the CBI, the DTI, BIS and BERR.
