Stonewood Electronics Limited - acquisition (August)
Acting for an individual in relation to the acquisition of and subscription for shares in Stonewood Electronics Limited in a deal worth approximately £400,000.

Li & Fung - acquisition (August)
Acted (alongside Hong Kong firm Johnson Stokes & Master) for Li & Fung, a Hong Kong top 100 listed company, in relation to its acquisition of Peter Black International Limited in a deal worth approximately £83m.

Ultra Motor Company Limited - rights issue (August)
Acted on behalf of Ultra Motor Company Limited in respect of a rights issue to raise approximately £1.5m.

Acted for a company in the negotiation of its contract to provide close protection security services to a high profile individual and his family.

Acting for John Terry in the negotiation of his new five year player contract with Chelsea Football Club.

Property Developer - acquisition (April)
Acted on behalf of a UK property developer in connection with the acquisition of a caravan park business for a total consideration of £4.25M.  The transaction also involved joint venture arrangements and a £6.1M loan facility from Lloyds TSB Bank Plc.

Banking - Praedia Investments Limited - refinancing (April)
Acted for Praedia Investments Limited in the refinancing of a Capmark Bank Europe Plc loan and acquisition of a property for £9.47M.

Sorsky - sale (March)
Acted for the seller in the sale of a £1.7m interest in Debt Free Direct Limited

Polaron plc - recommended cash offer (March)
Acted for Polaron Plc in the recommended cash offer by Cooper Controls (UK) Limited to acquire Polaron Plc in a deal worth approximately £15m.

Bee Bee Developments - acquisition (February)
Acted on behalf of Bee Bee Developments Limited in respect of the purchase of minority share interests in Stanion Properties Limited and the assignment of beneficial interests in the Stanion site.  The transaction also involved joint venture arrangements and a loan facility of £12.35M from Prologis Germany X B.V. (advised by Linklaters).

Acted for Praedia Investments Limited on the raising of approximately £23M from a number of different sources in connection with the acquisition of a property in Long Eaton.

Von Essen - purchase (February)
Acted for Andrew Davis of Von Essen Hotels in the purchase of London Heliport and hotel development in a deal worth nearly £50m.

Widerweb - sale (February)
Acted for the shareholders of Widerweb, a leading developer of mobile web access solutions, in relation to its sale to Openwave Systems Inc in a deal worth approximately $9m (US Dollars).
